How to disable "inspect element" in dev tools

I recently want inspect another element on web page (ctrl - shift -c), stay in dev tools. But dev tools open self inspect. How to turn off this behaviour. (Early work as iam expect)

This is a bug and it was recently fixed. Wait for Chrome 46 or 47 (not sure, sorry).
