Page.loadEventFired can't receive sometimes

Hi, 

I met a problem that loadEventFired event can not received when I create multiple chrome tabs by chrome-remote-interface, almost 100 tab instances.

I close the tab and print some log once loadEventFired received, in the end, I found there is some tabs not closed but the page was finished loading, and the program seams blocked.

Then, I refresh the tab, and the callback function on the event loadEventFired is respond.

Any idea?

Chrome version: Google Chrome 61.0.3162.0 canary

System: macOS Sierra 10.12.4
