Chrome Dev tool changes in css edit mode do not persist anymore

Has anyone else found that to happen... before it used to work randomly now it doesnt work and i depend on that to work fast..

Anyone know of another browser or app that does this...

It's not clear from description what's going on.

Could you please give us more context? What do you do? What do you expect? What happens instead?
