Touch Emulation - different cursor to show when mouse is down

Im using a screen recorder in Dev tools to demo a mobile app and would like the touch cursor to change when the mouse is down (simulating a screen touch) at the moment it always shows as a plain grey circle.

Is there a method/setting to do this?

I do not think so. However, tapping is now shown as a full page dim. Do you want to show any touch-down and not necessarily tap?
