Google Chrome increase time of 'Proxy Negotiation'

I make extension for parse site with high rate. For use good rate I use proxy. 

Now I have trouble with it. When plugin is started 'Proxy Negotiation' =  ~~1ms, but after 1-2 hours of requests 'Proxy Negotiation' = ~~ 20ms and its increasing with time. 

But I if full reload chrome its makes = ~~1ms again. What can be problem and how I can trey to fix it. 

P.S. Reload page and CTRL + F5 dont help. May be something in Chrome API can help?

This group discusses the Developer Tools feature of Google Chrome and not general web/extension/browser development issues.

This sounds like a Chrome bug.

You can search crbug.com for an existing issue and star it. If you cannot find one, file a new issue using the "New issue" link on the same page.

Please, do not add a "+1" or "Me too" or "Confirmed" (or similar) comment. It just wastes the time of Chrome engineers and sends unnecessary e-mails to all of the people who starred the issue.

You can reply with a link to the found or created issue and might get triaged (and fixed) faster.
