Workspace folder and spaces

When you try to add folder which path contains spaces all workspace capabilities are gone (no live editing css, html etc). I noticed the difference between working and failing scenarios:

1. Working - You don't have %20 in your URI (which is replacement of spaces).

2. Failing - opposite to prev.
