Google Chrome Dev Tools Network Preview not scrollable in Linux Ubuntu 18.04

There seems to be a problem when previewing scrollable content after an XHR request. 

OS: Ubuntu 18.04

Chrome: 67.0.3396.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)
