Colour picker problem

Hi, I am trying to use the colour picker and it is changing the HEX code every time I click instead of giving me the correct HEX code. It's also happening on another machine of mine. I've updated drivers and even tried reinstalling chrome.

Any ideas or help greatly appreciated.

Try the Copy Color To Clipboard button:
