Hi, I have a SVG containing more than 1000 text nodes, each of them contains about 20 words. The SVG is movable and zoomable by using mouse. Everything goes well on IE 11 and Chrome 47. When it comes to Chrome V49,
to drag moving the SVG, Chrome taking 4s to render text nodes. that's awful. when I removed all text nodes(or kept few of them) from SVG, Chrome then could get a better performance. I have tried using all kinds of Web-font in the code,
but seems not functional. could anyone tell me how to fix this issue in V49 to improve the SVG text node rendering performance?

This group discusses the Developer Tools feature of Google Chrome and not general web development issues.

If you can still reproduce with Chrome 50, you can search crbug.com for an existing issue and star it. If you cannot find one, file a new issue using the "New issue" link on the same page.
Please, do not add a "+1" or "Me too" or "Confirmed" (or similar) comment. It just wastes the time of Chrome engineers and sends unnecessary e-mails to all of the people who starred the issue.

You can reply with a link to the found or created issue and might get triaged (and fixed) faster.

Thank you.
