It‘s about chrome network distinguish fetch request issue?

I meet some question about use chrome debugger my program, i use fetch,in chorme javascript network xhr tag i only see fetch options,don't see fetch post or other,actual fetch post and other request show in the other tag,this make me confused！Who can explain to me？
