Using DevTools - Timeline - Seem to slowdown the page loading itself (specifically with latest updates)

Hi All,
With latest chrome updates when I use Timeline the site loading itself seem to be slowed down. Current version is 54.0.2840.87. I am using Win 7. I also tried in few other machines. Is this known issue?
