It's available here: https://github.com/taers232c/GAM/releases/tag/v3.66

gam update group <GroupName> clear [owner] [manager] [member]

Specify all of the roles you want to clear.

In gam 3.65 this works: gam update group <GroupName> sync member users ''
(n.b., that's two single quotes at the end.)
You have to issue the command once for each role you want to clear.

Thanks Ross. Sticking with 3.65. The single quotes did exactly what I needed. Thought I was going to have to enumerate all members to then remove each one. Saved me a lot of time.
