Share entire drive without transferring ownership

I'd like to share the entire contents of an accounts Drive, without actually transferring ownership. What would be the best way to accomplish this?

With whom do you want to share it? What permissions do you want to provide?

Here is an example where you're sharing all of the files with the domain as readers without needing to have a link..

gam user test...@domain.com print filelist query "'root' in parents" title id > testuserrootfiles.csv 

gam csv testuserrootfiles.csv gam user ~Owner add drivefileacl ~id domain domain.com reader discoverable

This puts an ACL on the root level files and folders; the ACLs on the folders propagate down to sub-folders and files.
