Setting up GAM - last step!

Hi, first time setting up GAM and have been following along with the instructions here - https://github.com/jay0lee/GAM/wiki/CreatingClientSecretsFile

I've got to no. 7 but when I enter

 

gam oauth create

into terminal and select '18) Continue' instead of a browser window opening  as it suggests I get:

You need to get a non-development version.
