Is there a way to use an existing API Project if I am just trying to install GAM on a new machine?  I exceeded my Project quota, so I am not able to install on my new machine.

Yes, just copy the client_secrets.json and oauth2service.json to the new machine. Optionally you can copy oauth2.txt to save the trouble of re-authentcating.

Hi,

How can we get new client_secrent.json and oauth2service.json if we missed to take backup ? Is there anyway we can recreate again with existing project ?

Try running:

gam use project <name> <email>

Where name is the project name and email is an owner of the project.
