shell script wont open gam.py

Was using the linux script in the bulk operations wiki to test out the shell script and I keep getting the following error:

python: can't open file '/home/user/bin/gam/gam.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

One note is that I am using the Google Cloud shell to run this from, but I can CD to that directory just fine.

Unless you know you are using the python source version, try removing the .py from the end of the command.

New error:

File "/home/user/bin/gam/gam", line 1
SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character '\xe8' in file /home/user/bin/gam/gam on line 2, but no encoding declared; see http://python.org/dev/peps/pep-0263/ for details
