Gam 4.40 listing files in a users directory what is this Chrome syncable Filesystem

I run the command

gam-64>gam user username show filelist >files3.csv

Under Title I get one file that has a strange name - 

obklkkbkpaoaejdabbfldmcfplpdgolj Under alternate link I see I have a url that is  https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B5c6dxGNz76RjYxbW5pZUlwclE

If as that user I put that alternate link in the browser it goes to a page  that says Chrome syncable Filesystem

What does that mean?

I was hoping to build a list of files owned by the owner to which I might use gam to delete. Is it Ok to delete such a file?
