Is it possible to wipe cookies from a user with GAM?

I'm looking to reset both the sign-in cookie, and Chrome cookies.

If so, I could do it for all users thorough a batch/csv.

Or does anyone know of another way to reset cookies on multiple users/Chromebooks?

I was thinking of setting cookie policy to DENY for a short while, but I can't see anywhere that it also means "delete all current cookies".
