How to setup Eclipse to debug Local GAE in Google3 environment

I am looking for document to setup Eclipse, so that I can debug in local GAE for web application (GAE web app and Django web app). (Python)

Hey Henry,
The first thing you'll need is PyDev, which is a python IDE for Eclipse. It also contains a debugger, so you can debug your app while the devserver is running. You should set up the devserver.py command as a run configuration in the project.
