SSLv3 and RC4 have both been disabled on appspot.com as well as App Engine custom domains.  Thanks for your patience!

Careful, we might have used up our bug fix quota for the year now. (Certainly for Q2).

Hopefully this came from the quota of another team. This issue came to my attention as fixed around March 22nd. Today somebody marked the bug as FIXED which makes me think that the issue was taken care by some other group responsible for the Google front end (there was an announcement about this in the recent past) but today somebody tried it and saw that this is not an issue any more and closed it… In any case, it is Q1 quota… and a Googler going over the public bug tracker in the line of work, is a good development!!!
