Hello there everyone,
I hope I can get help here, as I didn't find any help from Google Cloud support.

I can't access my own Google Cloud bucket that I get after installing php on my AppEngine
See the error:

I am the direct owner and the project id is: temp-bucket

Hello Bader,

More information is needed to establish a firm basis for our investigation. Have you at any time deleted the default compute engine account? It cannot be seen on your IAM page in the developers' console.

Have you changed roles and permissions for any of your existing accounts in your project?

Your issue may be solved by re-creating the default compute engine account, following these steps:

- Re-enable the dataproc or compute engine API by running the following gcloud command: gcloud service-management enable dataproc

Alternatively, command: gcloud service-management enable compute.googleapis.com

- Once either of these 2 commands were run, you should refresh your browser's window, and confirm that the default compute engine service account has been re-created.

I tried to post your commands, didn't help.
And I didn't change anything before this issue happened.

What were the results of running either "gcloud service-management enable dataproc" or the "gcloud service-management enable compute.googleapis.com" command? Did it display errors?

When did the issue become apparent? At what time did you notice it?
