create/active/billed instance not same

Hi Experts,

I create a bill account form my google app engine project.

But I find that billed instance is more than created instance, while active instance is 0 sometime.

Which cost me a lot of instance hours per day.

I run a small site, if it cost me $2 a day for instance hours, than it will be ~$50 per month.

I can rent a pretty good VPS with such amount of money.

Would anybody please help check this issue?

Hello Donghua, 

You seem to own an impressive array of free-tier accounts. For the most recent project, a warning is displayed: "Your application is at or near its free resource limit. You should enable billing to avoid service interruption". 

Which project do you feel affected by excessive billing? You may forward us the information via private mail, generated from the drop-down menu at the top right of the editing window. 

To clarify how your costs are calculated, you may have a look at the "Quotas" page and the "App Engine Pricing" online document. This should enable you to take the right decisions in what costs are concerned.
