Bad SSL Certificate for appspot?

I have a customer on Windows who is not able to establish an SSL connection to our server running on GAE. It looks like it is failing with this error:

* schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092012) - The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.

I took a look at the SSL certificate and I noticed that this URL in the certificate returns a 404: http://clients1.google.com/ocsp.

It looks like I will need to disable this revocation check in the client to work around this problem? Has anyone else ever hit this?
