How to point only subdomain of a site hosted on 1and1.com to google app engine application

How to achieve following: 

www.reputup.com host on 1and1.com 

app.reputup.com point to google app engine as a custom domain

I have hosted my site on 1and1.com. I want to host my www domain, www.reputup.com on 1and1 but I want to point a subdomain,  app.reputup.com to google app engine. 

I tried mapping one of A and AAAA records provided by app engine with app.reputup.com A/AAAA DNS record in 1and1. 

Google App engine provides four A and four AAAA records but 1and1.com allows only single record for DNS A and AAAA hence I cannot set more than one records in 1and1.com

This appears to be a request for 1-on-1 assistance with a technical issue specific to your development. As for how to assist with the issue itself, you may want to have a look at this Routing with a dispatch file section. In fact, this file would enable you to override the default address routing rules.
