GAE Java ClassNotFoundException appengine_002djava_002dsdk_002d1_8_6

I'm getting the below error when deploying my app on GAE, I had it migrated to HRD and changed my app eng version from 1.7.2 to 1.8.6 and jre from 1.6.0_20 to 1.7
