create bigquery table with schema

Not sure, whether I am right here, but I have trouble understanding the bigquery abstractions in https://godoc.org/google.golang.org/cloud/bigquery

I am trying to stream into a table and want to make sure, I have the correct schema, updating it as needed.

How do I update a schema with this package? How do I create a table with a specific schema for streaming?
