Google Domains setup for AppEngine app

Hello, I have an app on AppEngine and I want to direct a domain on Google Domains to this app. What should be the settings for this?

I need to have:

mydomain.com should go to www.mydomain.com

and then

www.mydomain.com/index.html should go to https://mydomain-webapp.appspot.com/index.html but the url should still look like www.mydomain.com/index.html

p.s. Can somebody share a screenshot of a working setup for them?
