Group of entities got deleted locally from datastore automatically

Is datastore not reliable locally?
one of my types got deleted without doing anything, what could cause this?

Note: I use this command to run the appengine (in case this is related to the issue)

dev_appserver.py app.yaml --datastore_path ~/go/src/app/data.datastore
