How to dynamically compile go

Hello, I see several applications propose to compile go on the fly and they don’t seems to be tied to the flexible environment.

Since it seems to be possible to dynamically generate and execute go. What are the step to do that on the server side ?

while the goplay frontend runs on classic, the backend (sandbox) that actually execute the code runs somewhere else:
