Email Forwarding with google-api-python-client

Hi All, 

First off, thanks for the great library. 

I've been able to do much of what I need to do with the library. 

Having already pored over Google's API documentation the one function I'm not able to find is the ability to set up email forwarding, is this possible using this library?

Having a hard time finding any documentation for doing this with regards to the python library. Google's documentation seems to point to using gdata or the emailsettings API -- my understanding was that gdata was now deprecated. 

Unable to find an emailsettings API in the discovery API: https://www.googleapis.com/discovery/v1/apis/

Is there an emailsettings implementation for the Google API Python Client?
