Pull User's group membership in directory v1 api

The API shows that there is a way to pull group membership for a specific user but I'm not seeing the API call for this in the .NET library. (unless I'm reading that wrong) https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/directory/v1/guides/manage-group-members
Is there an API call to pull a user's group memberships in the .net library? If so, where is the call located?
