Pulling cumalatice monthly users from GA into Google Spreadsheet

Hello,

I am new to this however I have been manually getting the # of users per month and updating it into my Google Sheet up to 10 times  day.  Is there a way I can use the add on to pull the number from GA and place it into a cell in a google sheet?

I am jnot technical, however enough to be dangerous.  Thanks.
