I'm trying to pull all our page URLs, then filter based on a parameter within the URL from within Google Sheets. However, I found that the plugin isn't pulling any of my web pages that contain ".../resources/browse-resources/clinical-resources/..." This is a large portion of the pages I want to filter on, so I'm missing a lot of data. Why would these pages show in Google Analytics, but not in the plugin? Is there something I should be doing on the page itself or from within Google Sheets/the plug-in to be able to pull them?

Metrics I'm using:
ga:sessions ga:pageviews ga:uniquePageviews ga:avgTimeOnPage ga:entrances ga:bounceRate ga:exitRate

Dimensions:
ga:pagePath

Thanks!

It shouldn't be any different.

Is it possible you're getting back just the default max result of 1000 rows but your dataset contains more than that?

I thought that as well at first, but it's only returning 1015 rows total, so that makes me think that's all the pages? Otherwise, it'd go up to 10k, right?

Do you see the same behavior when running the report in the Query Explorer?

When I plug it in there, it does return many more results (~12,500). However, I downloaded the TSV file, and control find the "browse-resources" text and nothing showed up still. Do you know why not (at least) 10k results are showing up in Google Sheets? Also, any ideas why those URLs still aren't showing up? Thanks for your help!

It sounds like you're not using the max results field in sheets then. Change that to 10000 and you should see more results.

The report will tell you how many results were returned as well as how many more results there are (which you can access via the "start index" param).

Awesome, that worked! You're saying the "start index" parameter will show me the results above 10k?

Yes. For example if you have 11K results, you can set 10000 in max results to get the first 10K, and then you can use a start index of 10001 to get the remaining 1K.

When I set the index parameter to 10001 (with the max at 10000), it then only shows about 2500 results for some reason.

Yes, it's showing results 10001-12500. The add-on and API documentation go into more detail, please have a look at that.
