Hi every one,

I´ve been trying 2 days to run 4 reports (See reports configuration attached) with advanced segment and I´m about to give it up :( because of the following issues:

Report: Ventas Web
I want to show the unique purchase by device category for 6 products I defined in a GA custom segment
=> It worked once, I now it seems to show all the products

Report: Páginas vistas Únicas Web
I want to show the unique page views by device category for 6 pages defined in a GA custom segment
=> It has never been working

Report: Páginas vistas únicas Microsites
I want to show the unique page views by device category for 6 pages defined in a GA custom segment
=> It worked once, I now it seems to show all the pages

Report: Suscripciones Microsites
I want to show the goal completion by device category for 6 landings pages defined in a GA custom segment
=> Look like it´s working every time :)

What do you think?

The main goal is to create another sheet with the datas of the 4 reports to generate a custom one with custom metrics.
I´m under my client pressure to share it with him before Friday. If you see any other solutions to generate the final report do not hesitate to share it (already tried Data Studio, and not working).

Thank you for your help.

Try adding a comma between each dimension. For the Ventas Web report, change the dimension cell to "ga:deviceCategory, ga:productName" and see if that works.

Also if that doesn't work, take a screenshot of the error you're receiving and post it here.

Hi Stephen,

Thank you for your help. I ran the reports with commas and I have the same results.
I add you a screenshot of the errors: products from line 18 to 24 and 26, 28, 27 neither...

Thank you again.

Oh, I misunderstood your original question regarding the segments.

I would double check that the segments are setup correctly in Google Analytics and that they are created in the Google Analytics profile being used to pull the data.

A quick solution is to just copy the filters from the custom segments setup in GA and add them to the filters section in each of the reports in your Google Sheet.

Thank you, I´m going to try the filters copy/paste and let you know.

Hi Stephen,

Thank you again for your answer. I solved the problem by creating one report per URL (12 reports seems to be the limit) thanks to filters.
