Differences between data from API and Analytics UI

Hi, everyone:
I´m facing an issue with user and sessions data: im getting both user and sessions from API, and for the session it matches, but not for users. Im using HIGH PRECISION sampling data in both cases, and the segment its Paid Traffic (gaid::-4)
Any idea about what can be happening?

If the results still state that they have been sampled, attempt querying for a smaller date range and totaling the results.
