Filter Report Using Analytic API

Hi,

New to all of this and I am trying to filter certain url's on the Analytic API to upload traffic information directly into sheets.

The API below works fine but I would like to refine the filter even more.

Metrics: ga:uniquepageviews

Dimensions: ga:pagepath

Sort: ga:uniquePageviews

Filters ga:pagepath=@/carers/

I have two common url's.

/carers/TW50TE (a postcode search, so the highlighted always changes)

/carers/acton/christine-f (a profile, name changes, but sequence is always the same)

Can anybody recommend a suitable filter to separate these two url's?
