Hello people,
since I tried nearly everything to access my AdMob account (and all the linked forms on the help-sections are not working for me),
I decided to ask for help here.
I used AdMob like 2 or 3 years ago and havn't used the service since then. When I now try to login, it tells me:

"AdSense: "You do not have access to the account that is connected to your AdMob account."". I followed all the instructions there but nothing helps.
The point is: I dont have an AdSense account and can't create one (since it asks me to provide a homepage which i don't have - I am developing a mobile app with Ionic 2).
So I am not too sure how I can use AdMob (I don't need AdSense).

Would be nice if you could help me out there to use AdMob with Firebase again.

Greetings
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

If you are experiencing login issues, you might need to contact our Product Support Team since this forum only handles concerns regarding the Mobile Ads SDK.

Thanks for your answer, but I didn't find any way to contact a support team there. I did everything possible on the page you sent me, but none of the listed solutions worked for me.
The only link (at the very bottom of the page), where I was able to write my own text and not get sent between page and page, was this forum, that's why I ended up here.

If I follow all the instructions at that page, I end up with following possibilities:
  • You may have been removed from the AdSense account by an administrator. Contact the account administrator directly. Please be aware that Google AdSense and AdMob are unable to mediate access disputes between users.

  • Your AdSense account may have been canceled by you or an account administrator. Find out more about AdSense account cancellation. Please note that if your account was canceled, you'll need to submit an application for a new account.

  • Your AdSense account may have been disabled. Explore some of the top reasons why AdSense accounts are disabled.

They are all not right, since I can login, but I have to provide a website, where I want to use AdSense (but obviously don't have one, since I am working on an app). Maybe I am just blind and can't find the button to contact support directly.

Greetings
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

As previously stated, this forum is for Mobile Ads SDK related concerns only. While we can only assist you regarding your account related concern, it is up to our Product Support Team to confirm the issue regarding your account. The form I previously linked is a way for you to contact the Product Support Team regarding Login issues. However, you can also use the available categories located under the Contact Us button on the top right hand side of the AdMob Help Center.

You can also go through our Help Center on the usual issues regarding Account Sign-ups for guidance. It is also possible that your AdSense account might have been disapproved, and if that is the case, then the Product Support Team would be the one who can help you resolve the issue.

Hope this would be of use to you.

Yeah thanks again and sorry for the inconveniences.
Maybe I found the reason of my problem, but still no way to fix it. Looks like we see different things. All links regarding AdMob you sent me, redirect me instantly to the HelpCenter (https://support.google.com/admob/?visit_id=1-636274305591921870-1174643743&rd=1#topic=2740022). I never get to the form, neither do I get to any Contact Us button. I just end up at the same page over and over again. My AdSense account was disapproved, since I dont need AdSense at all, but AdMob wants me to log in with my AdSense account (I don't know why it wants that). What I basically want, is unlink AdSense from AdMob, but I can neither log in to AdMob (since it is telling me, that I need a working AdSense account), nor can I login to AdSense (since it asks me for a Webpage, which I can't provide, because I am working on an App and not a Website). And all the help sections seem to redirect me to the same page (the HelpCenter) where I can do nothing besides reading known issues, where non of them applies to me.

Hi Thomas,

The reason why AdMob is requiring you to login with your AdSense account is because AdMob is built on top of AdSense.

That said, as previously stated, this forum is for Mobile Ads SDK related concerns only. If you are not able to see the form I previously linked, then you can use the articles from the AdMob Help Center to assist you on this matter. Additionally, you can try logging in to another Gmail account and check if you can access the forms and/or links I previously mentioned.

Hey again,
it's been a while now and I tried a lot of different things over and over again.
I finally end up here again. Is there any way you can directly help me with my issue?

I can not see the form and the AdMob Help Center does not list that problem. The AdSense forum redirected me to the AdMob SDK forum.
There is really no other way for me to contact any form of support.

Greetings,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately, the forms I already liked you previously are the only ways to contact our Product Support Team. If you are not able to see the form I previously linked, or any of the contact forms found on the Contact Us button on the upper-right hand side of the AdMob Help Center, then it might mean that you are under the specific bracket of publishers earning less than 25$ a week, as described in this blog post. As previously stated, if this applies to you, then you can use the articles found on the AdMob Help Center for additional guidance.

Well I am unter this specific bracket, since my account isn't working. The AdMob Help Center does not list this issue at all. The only help I get there (when following the instructions is following:
You AdMob account is linked to an AdSense account. If you see this error message, it means that the email you use for AdMob may have been removed from the AdSense account linked to this AdMob account by an administrator. Contact the account administrator directly. You can also try using the AdSense sign-in troubleshooter to investigate. Please be aware that Google AdSense and AdMob are unable to mediate access disputes between users.

If you can't determine why you don't have access to the AdSense account linked to the email you use for AdMob, please contact us through this form and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

So who is the account administrator? The AdSense sign-in troubleshooter doesn't list my issue and the last link (the form) doesn't work for me. Does this mean there is literally not a single way to contact any support regarding my broken account now ?
I don't even know, why my AdSense account was closed in the first place. There wasn't any reason (besides being inactive). But why would my AdSense account be closed when I am being inactive on AdMob?

I also found a blog post stating:

Some of our publishers received a message from us today regarding an account closure. We’ve closed these accounts because they have been inactive for a while. Please note that active accounts have not been affected.

If you received this message and would like to reactivate your AdSense account, please reapply by logging into your associated Google Account and then visiting  www.google.com/adsense.

But on said page, I have to provide a homepage (which I don't have)... I am sorry for being so annoying, but I don't understand why there is not a single way to access my account and no guidance on how to access it again.

Greetings
Thomas

I'm having the same issues as Thomas and there is nowhere to go for help.

There is no way to do anything from AdMob side, since AdMob blocks you as soon as you try to login with the "You do not have access to the AdSense account that is connected to your AdMob account" error.

I don't have another AdSense or Gmail account. My AdMob account is already linked to my AdSense account under the same Gmail account. AdSense does have access to my AdMob account. Google have messed up here, and they refuse to help. Of course there is no "contact us" because if the AdMob account isn't working, then it can't earn anything. Who is this administrator and how do you contact them?

Hello,

I just deleted this post and decided to start a new one.

Please kindly provide your help.
I don't know what to do. Last one week, i am struggling to find a solution.
I am not interested in creating a account just for admob.

I want to keep adsense, admob and firebase in one account.
Please provide help

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you confirm if your issues are related to the main concern of this thread (Can't login to AdMob)? If yes, we recommend that you reach out to the Product Support Team so that the product specialists there would be able to help you.

@Mahesh - it seems that you've created a separate thread for your concern. You can refer to my response on that thread instead.
