gonum/plot+websockets web-server example

hi there,

for fun (TM) and educational purposes, I have just pushed this little example:

a web server plotting 2 plots with gonum/plot, rendered via vgsvg,
funnelled over a websocket and injected directly into the page via DOM
manipulation.
