This is something that we want to do, but it is not trivial (in fact the
approach that golang/go used is now impossible because we have already
used issue numbers by filing new issues and PRs on plot).
The broad approach that the go team used is still possible, but there
needs to be a googlecode to github issue number mapping (preferably at
both ends).
Does anyone have the time/expertise to build something to do this?
