Training Plan Manager

Hi Mark,

I am checking to see where we stand on Training Plan Manager (issue #266), I have been using 3.4 version, I couldn't find any info how to use it (If at all this feature is implemented). If it is already exists can you refer to user guide?

Not yet. Some of the features have been implemented by a commercial 3rd party, but we won't see that till the first half of next year.
