Calendar text gone

Before today, i could only see the calendar text first few lines in the calendar. If i went to the extra tab, the sections were blank for all but todays ride.

So today i upgraded to 3.3 and now all the text is missing, including in the calendar. As i'm on a mac is, is there a file i can grab with time machine?

Im having the same issue with the new Dev build. I enter in notes and close down GC. Re-open it and the notes I entered are not there.

Which field is going missing ?

Can you show your metadata preferences (Prefs > Data > Fields) ?

It should look like the above.

Yes it looks just like that. My notes show up until a certain date then they stop.
I added notes to all of this years rides and closed the program out and when I reopen they are gone.

Originally no, but I did this time and on reopening it is still there.
I almost positive that before on V3.3 that all I had to do was enter and not save.

A popup should come up when you exit asking if you want to save pending changes.

It is possible to turn this warning off, there is a checkbox that says don't ask me again.

If you want to turn it back on its in preferences on the first page 'Warn for unsaved ...'

So this is the closest topic I can find about my problem so I will post here. I got a problem with Calendat text. It seems i can't change the Calendar text. It's set to bike and you can't do anything with it. I would like to change it to put a description of the workout so I could upload it to google calendar which I then share to my trainee. Any thoughts??

The Diary checkbox governs what is used for Calendar Text, see: https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/UG_Preferences_Data-Fields#fields
