Moving data to a new PC

I need to move data for two people on one computer's sign in

You may take a backup from the old PC for each athlete (see https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/UG_Menu-Bar_Athlete), move the backup files to the new PC and restore them (see https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/FAQ-DATA#how-do-i-restore-an-athletes-backed-up-ride-data)
