How can I train with The Sufferfest videos

Hi, I want to use Golden Cheetah with my Sufferfest videos, but I haven't been able to upload to Golden Cheetah the ERG Files, I downloaded an excel file, but I get an error when I add the file to workouts

All I do is use a Garmin when using a sufferfest video. Then upload the file like any other ride
