Plotting MMP with work constraints

Hello,

I am interested in plotting Mean Maximal Power after a defined kilojoule expenditure at both the individual ride level or across a season. Example: MMP post 3000kj compared to MMP for a given ride or across multiple seasons.

Is anyone familiar with how to do this?
