Check the wiki to see where the preferences are stored for your OS.
On Unix, it's ~/.goldencheetah/$USER/config/
For example: ~/.goldencheetah/test/config/ has files like:
analysis-layout.xml
athlete-layout.ini
etc... those files could be copied to a new user.
