Strava Routes or Garmin into Golden Cheetah

I would like to get some help to upload the routes I have created using Strava or Garmin that I can upload into Golden Cheetah. What formats do I have uses?
When the files are upload will they include the elevation and will that also give me power levels that would required?
Please give some help
