Displaying activity description in Activy view (left pane)

Hello,
Would it possible to add 'source filename' to the list of data fields available in the Activity view Column Chooser ?
Also it would great if the filename of the video or workout used in Train View could be part of the 'source filename' assigned by GC for these types of activities.
The objecive is providing an easy way for automatic assignation of a description to an activity.
