CP & Rides Gone After Find Intervals

I am a newb here and trying to figure things out.

Today I went to the find intervals tool for the first time. I asked it to find 55 second intervals and add to ride.

The CP view now shows interval length from .01 to 1,000. The Intervals column is along the left side where the list of rides used to be. The CP model shows all zeros too.

I would really like to get the original view backup.
