[ANN] A fork of /x/net/http2 providing Server Push for Go

Hi,

After CloudFlare's recent announcement, I've taken a few moments to look into and implement a fork of /x/net/http2, see: https://bradleyf.id.au/dev/go-http2-server-push-fork/

The fork is easy to implement and test if you're interested, and copies the Link header method CloudFlare uses.

I also talk about how HTTP/2 Server Push works at the protocol level, how I did the implementation, it's issues as well as further work - in particular other use cases, detecting promised resources and reasons why the Link header may not be the most ideal API for all applications.

Hope others find this interesting or useful.
