present - issue on windows?

I have GOROOT set to c:\go and GOPATH to c:\go_projects\go

When I do:

go get code.google.com/p/go.tools/present

I expect to see the present.exe file in GOPATH\bin folder but it's not created. I do have hg on my computer and I see the present source files in the folder: c:\go_projects\go\src\code.google.com\p\go.tools\present

As such I am unable to run present on my Windows.

Would appreciate any further hints to resolve the issue.

code.google.com/p/go.tools/present is not a command, it is a package, http://godoc.org/code.google.com/p/go.tools/present
